A decent damper can transform a poor handling car into a joy to drive. KYB brand standard dampers are 442001 front and 442002 rear. This is the standard replacement but if you want a slight upgrade in quality of performance see552018 & 552019 gas a just. Tech Tip: Make sure the old metal spacer (part of the shock absorber) comes off the shocker pin(s). Many people think the shock absorbers do not fit when the metal sleeve is on the shaft. This part can look like part of the shocker pin.
