The Heavy Duty Bungee Strap or as we like to call it; HD Strap, is our TOUGHEST and STRONGEST bungee strap! This strap is used by Professional Truckers all over the USA to help keep their tarps secured to the camping weekend warrior. All of our Heavy Duty Bungee Straps come with Galvanized Wire Hook Ends. The hook is secured to the bungee strap by passing through a pre-molded hole in the bungee strap and then Triangulated to prevent the hook and bungee strap from separating. This is a little trick we were taught from the trucking professionals out there on the road. The 18 Heavy Duty Bungee Strap can stretch to 36. The more you stretch the strap the more pressure the strap will put out. Can be used for an endless variety of light-duty and heavy-duty tie-down applications Stretches 2x Original Length. Our unique polyurethane recipe produces bungees that are strong, durable, and resistant to UV light, water, mold, mildew, oil, saltwater, gasoline, and diesel fuel The attached S-hooks are made of galvanized carbon steel with a narrow triangulated end where bungee attaches to avoid accidental separation Made in the USA Lifetime Warranty Features Item Weight 0.248 OSHA recommended safety latch No Product Weight (lb.) 0.248 Tie-Down End Type S Hook Color Black Hook(s) Yes Color Family Blacks Returnable 180-Day Tie-Down Product Type Tarp Strap Tie-Down Features Flat,UV Protected,Weather Resistant Package Quantity 1 Product Height (in.) 18 Product Depth (in.) 0.26 Product Width (in.) 0.75 Strap length (ft.) 1.5
